I grew up in New York and began my teaching career in Warwick, NY. I also spent a year teaching at The Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown, MA before coming to NBCS. Since I've been teaching here for 31 years I guess it's safe to say that I've found my "second home". This year is the beginning of my 35th year of teaching! My "actual home" is located in Concord where I live with my husband, Jeff. My son, Brady, graduated from college in 2020 and is currently working in Boston. My daughter, Sawyer, will be a sophomore at URI in the fall where she is pursuing a dual major of psychology and criminal justice. She is also a coxswain for the rowing team! Don't blink, it feels like yesterday that my children were in elementary school! My favorite things to do when I'm not at school are spending time with my family, reading, running, gardening, and biking.
Class Mission: My goals are to motivate and challenge your children to produce the BEST possible work in a nurturing, safe environment!
